The first run of Brendan Gregg‘s new DTrace course was offered in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago. As expected, it went extremely well – so well that we’ve decided to offer a New York city edition, with a tweak.
Almost all the students, plus the instructor, felt that two days was too short to get through all the material plus the many excellent labs (though the students still have access to the Joyent SmartMachines they used in the course and can continue working on them). So the course will be three days long from now on.
The NYC edition will run November 28-30, and seats are extremely limited, to enable Brendan to give students individual attention.
