Andy Fiddaman (OmniOS CE) informed me that the mdb bhyve target makes mdb depend on bhyve now, and he split the bhyve pkg for that reason. Of course we don't have to care, but I think for the sake of consistency we should. Since we've been a bit sloppy with our bhyve pkg manifests lately I think it's a good idea to import all his manifest changes at once. There's no functional change for SmartOS.

Testing: Andy Fiddaman tested this for me on an OmniOS build, which turned out clean. It doesn't affect the SmartOS build at all.
