When booting an encrypted zpool, fs-joyent should call kbmadm to unlock the zpool (and perform any mounting that is normally done by 'zpool import' on an unencrypted pool).
fs-joyent should also add an optional dependency on kbmd -- we want it optional in case the kbmd service isn't precent (e.g. NGZs).
This has been tested as part of the EDAR development for several months, both booting encrypted and unencrypted zpools.
