OS-8461

With https://mnx.atlassian.net/browse/OS-8459, we describe a wrapper for having /usr/bin/csh execute tcsh from pkgsrc. This should be a more generic wrapper that can execute arbitrary things from pkgsrc.

This will allow us to:

• replace platform binaries with those provided via pkgsrc
• “add” components to the platform that are actually optionally supplied via pkgsrc (notably, shells so that, e.g., an LDAP user can have /usr/bin/zsh as their preferred shell)

Here are some things that could be useful:

• zsh
• fish
• perl
• python
• node

This ticket does not cover adding any additional components to the platform image, just the generic framework that would make it possible.
