It's very unlikely, but possible, to have two PIs with exactly the same timestamp and completely different Operating Systems. Additionally, booter needs to know which Operating System is associated with each platform and not providing that information from boot params would means we need an additional request for CNAPI's platforms list, and the associated looping through each value to find which OS belongs to each PI.
It's not possible to unpack two different platforms to the same directory w/o messing them. Therefore this issue has no sense and it would be simpler for booter to get OS information from each Platform by just doing a listing of existing platforms.
