DESCRIPTION


The Lgrab_error() function returns a pointer to a human-readable character
string describing the error that occurred. The Lgrab_error() function only
knows how to translate error codes that were stored in the third argument
(perr) of a call to Lgrab(3PROC).

RETURN VALUES


The Lgrab_error() function always returns a pointer to a character string
describing the error that occurred, even if it is an unknown error.
