Description

For KVM instances, we support the vnc_password attribute to set a password on the VNC connection. We should do the same for BHYVE.

For testing, @accountid:557058:a348ec04-3066-457c-8197-c6cfc6e56d48 booted a PI with the change, created a VM, set a VNC password, then was able to connect to the VM using the password as well as verify supplying an incorrect password did not allow connections.
